Внимание: осторожно мошенники!

От имени Чепецкого механического завода в адрес предприятий и организаций стали приходить поддельные документы (срочные уведомления, заявки на аукционы и т.п.).

Неизвестные лица рассылают фиктивные заявки о проведении аукционов (например, на право заключения договора поставки нержавеющего металлопроката для нужд АО ЧМЗ). При этом, мошенники используют подложные бланки, несуществующую печать АО ЧМЗ, ставят поддельные подписи действующих сотрудников коммерческой службы, а также подписываются сотрудниками вымышленных отделов (например, отдел закупок срочных аукционов АО ЧМЗ).

Официально заявляем, что Чепецкий механический завод к такого рода документам не имеет никакого отношения.

Убедительно просим проверять поступающую документацию, якобы направленную от имени АО ЧМЗ. Для проверки информации необходимо связываться с официальными коммерческими службами Чепецкого механического завода по тел. (341-41) 9-64-22.

RUSNANO and OJSC VNIINM are implementing a super-conductors production project

RUSNANO and OJSC VNIINM (a part of TVEL, Fuel Company of ROSATOM) signed an investment agreement on establishing of industrial production of ultrahigh-strength nanostructured conductors. The total budget of the project makes up 1.02 bln. roubles. RUSNANO will invest 450 mln. roubles of this sum. The share of OJSC “VNIINM” will make up 570 mln. roubles, some of which will be contributed by the cost of equipment and intellectual property. Industrial production of super- conductors in the amount of up to 50 tons per year will be organized as a part of the project. Sales proceeds of the project products are supposed to be over 800 mln. roubles in 2015. Moreover, due to implementation of the project it would be possible to create 80 new workplaces in Moscow. Strength of these conductors can be compared with strength of steel and electroconductivity can be compared with one of copper, that is why they are often called super- conductors – sais Deputy Chairman of the Board of RUSNANO Andrey Malyshev. This kind of conductors is mainly used in conditions demanding both high electroconductivity and strength. For example: powerful pulsed magnets used in science and industry, contact-wire lines for high-speed rail-way transport, aviation and space equipment, shipbuilding and electronics. The conductors have niobium nanowires, 6-10 nm in thickness, in their structure, what makes them highly strong – over 500 MPa. Judging by this characteristic, the products of the project company are substantially better, than the market analogs. Besides, copper-niobium conductors have insignificantly lower electroconductivity in comparison with conductors made of pure copper (more detailed information is given below) . A number of foreign countries demonstrated interest in purchasing Russian super-conductors. In addition to this, the products of the project company are agreed to be sold to several shipbuilding enterprises. Technological information Conductors are labeled to be super-conductors, if their tensile strength is over 400-450 MPa and electroconductivity is from 40 to 80% of pure copper electroconductivity. According to the projection of RUSNANO experts, the world market of super-conductors will grow from 400 to 700 mln. dollars in the period from 2010 to 2015. Specialists of VNIINM im. A.A. Bochvara developed technology for successive assembly of bimetal composite blanks and their further deformation. This technology enables us to implant ribbon niobium fibres of 6-10 nm in thikness (see illustration) in copper matrix of a common conductor. In the result, up to 400 mln of such fibres can be implanted in the composite conductor of 2x3 mm in section, what provides it with high mechanical strength. Due to small distance between fibres, that can be compared with average electron path length in copper matrix, so it is possible to reach conductivity at the range of 65-85% of pure copper electroconductivity.
