apparatus for injection of cored wire

One of the modern and promising production processes of cast iron and steel extra-furnace treatment is the injection of cored wire with various filling agents (fillers) into melt in the ladle. Cored wire can be used actually in any cast iron/steel productions, regardless of steel-pouring ladle dimensions, for final correction of chemical composition of metal, its refining from sulfur and non-metallic inclusions, and also for changing composition and modification form of the latter.

JSC ChMP produces injection machines, providing injection of wire with diameter 8 - 18 mm into metal with speed 0.1 - 10 m/s and accompanies delivery of equipment with service and technological provision.
