		JSC "Chepetsky Mechanical Plant" is world famous due to quality of its products. Quality Assurance system, developed according to international standards ISO 9000 series, requirements supplements strict demands of standards to products quality. In April, 1997, quality system of zirconium production was certified for correspondence to ISO 9002/EN ISO 9002 demands by Certification body TUV CERT of technical inspection Rheinisch-Westfalischer TUV e.V. (Germany).

		Products quality is provided by highly-effective inspection on every stage of production, carried out by highly skilled personnel using control, test and analytical equipment. Quality system provides management of organisational, commercial and technical activity of the enterprise, which guarantees fulfilment of customers demands for products delivery of required quality in fixed terms and full volumes.

		Under the totals of 1998 competition for RF Government award for quality, in which more than 130 Russian enterprises took part, JSC "Chepetsky Mechanical Plant" was awarded "Premium of Government of Russian Federation for Quality" by Resolution of RF Government _ 1310, 9 November 1998. This premium is the analogue of European premium for quality and awarded on competitive basis for achievement of significant results in the field of quality (services), and for introduction of highly effective methods of quality management.

		JSC "Chepetsky Mechanical Plant" had no claims from the customers during all its history. Success of JSC "Chepetsky Mechanical Plant" is confirmed by international and national awards for quality, certificates of quality system conformity, and of Gosstandart of Russian Federation. In April, 1995 in Paris JSC "Chepetsky Mechanical Plant" was awarded IX European premium of quality "For prestige, products quality, competitiveness on the European market".
