Organization and guidance of activity of Civil Protection Service (CPS)and structural subdivisions of the Plant in developing of the drafts of the normative and regulatory documentation that regulate JSC ChMP activity in the field of Civil Safety (CS), Emergency Situations(ES) and Fire Safety.

Organization and guidance of preparing of the drafts of the Plant "Plan of Civil Defense Measures and Personnel Protection" and the "Plan of Actions for Prevention and Liquidation of the Natural and Man-caused Emergency Situations".

Organization of development, equipping and maintaining in commission all forces and means of JSC ChMP for ES liquidation and CD running.

Organization and monitoring of completion of the Plant plans and measures for CD, ES and fire safety by structural subdivisions, supernumerary survival services (SSS) and CD services.

Organization and completion of check-ups of issues concerning the competence of the service in different Plant subdivisions. Participation in ChMP commissions (if put on commission list).

Organization of planning of survival and other urgent activities (SOUA) in emergency situation.

Organization of planning of all employees training in the field of CD, ES and FS (fire safety). Rendering systematic assistance during training.

Organization of development of the Plant measures in the field of CD, ES and FS under the results of audit of QMS, EPMS and HP&LSMS.

Organization, introduction and improvement of preparation of the Plant and its structural subdivisions to emergency situations and response to these situations, including performing of the function of subdivision – creator of the Plant Standards (PS EPMS 415, 429, 430). Timely development (revision) making changes in Plant Standards.
