The Main Guidelines in Activity of Safety Inspectorate Board

In the Field of Production Safety (PS) of dangerous manufacturing entities (DME)

Organizational menegement, coordination and systematic supervision of activity for provision of PS at the Plant.  

Organizational management, systematic supervision and performing together with other Plant subdivisions of manufacturing inspection (MI) for observance of PS requirements in the Plant DME.

Monitoring of fulfillment of measures aimed at prevention of accidents and incidents at DME.

Actualization of the list and participation in distribution of the new introduced legislative and normative statements concerning PS and activity of the Plant, among the employees of the Plant.

Monitoring together with other Plant subdivisions of:

• Observance of Federal Law «Industrial Safety of Dangerous Manufacturing Entities” at the Plant and also of other normative-legislative statements in the field of PS;
• PS condition in the Plant subdivisions;
• Execution of measures, stipulated in declaration of PS DME;
• Execution of Rostechnadzor rules;
• Timely execution of necessary PS examinations, technical examinations, diagnosis, repair, tests and verifications of devices, buildings and constructions in DME, by the appropriate Plant services.
